Theory Test Guide (TTG) is published by SimbaCore Ltd (United Kingdom). This Privacy Policy explains how the TTG app and website (theorytestguide.com) handle data.

2. What We Collect (and What We Do Not)

We do not automatically collect personal data. There are no accounts or logins, no analytics SDKs, no tracking or advertising SDKs, and no cookies in the mobile app.

We do not use tracking technologies as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, and we do not track, profile, or follow users across services.

The only personal data we receive is what you voluntarily send if you email contact@simbacore.com (your email address and message content).

3. How Your Data Is Stored

Study progress and quiz history are stored locally on your device only. We do not receive or store this data. If you delete the app, this local data is removed.

4. Payments

In-app purchases (if available) are handled by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details. RevenueCat may be used only to validate purchase entitlements.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services. App Store payments are processed by Apple. RevenueCat, if used, is limited to validating purchase entitlements and does not provide us with payment card details.

6. Legal Basis and Your Rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you email us, we process your email and message to respond (legitimate interest). For those communications you may request access, correction, or deletion. On-device study data is under your control; delete the app to remove it.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we do, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
