1. Introduction

Theory Test Guide (TTG) is provided by SimbaCore Ltd (United Kingdom). These Terms govern your use of the TTG mobile app and website at theorytestguide.app. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. What the Services Are

TTG is an educational UK driving theory preparation app. It provides study materials and practice only and does not guarantee you will pass any exam or obtain a licence. No user accounts or logins are required. Study progress is stored locally on your device.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to break applicable laws, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, interfere with or disrupt the Services, attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security, or misuse the Services for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content are owned by SimbaCore Ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

5. Payments

In-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store / StoreKit. Payments and any refunds are governed by Apple’s policies. SimbaCore Ltd does not process payments directly and does not store card details. Any purchase entitlements may be validated via RevenueCat.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, SimbaCore Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Educational content does not constitute professional advice and no pass result is guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SimbaCore Ltd will not be liable for loss of profits, data, business, or any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Services if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
